“The Army Volunteer Soldier Expertise Selection and Distribution Operation Demonstration” summoned about 200 fellows of directors and officers of all military command industry and training center in the morning.Through demonstration and implementation of training to establish standard operation procedures, such as Civilian Expertise Evaluation, Expertise Selection and Draw Lots Distribution.The new training unit shall understand the essentials of distribution procedure and to combine with civil military principles to supplement (from) island and the main battle force manpower.

In the comprehensive discussion, Executive Liao first affirmed the demonstrated officers of the Army 104 Infantry Brigade with careful preparation and listened to participants suggestions.Executive Liao indicated that the human resources room shall provide complete detailed demonstration operation process for subordinate used, reference.Each unit shall keep the principle of Fairness, Justice, Open to consolidate the volunteer soldiers of Expertise Selection and Draw Lots Distribution” approach.Let youth accept 4 moths military training in camp, thus to fully understand Right and Obligation in order to expand recruitment of youth to join army.
